It was so clean and nice, I had a feeling that I was in the 4* hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite, in the morning they surprised us with a fresh and warm food from bakery (breakfast wasn’t included). Room was cleaned every day, new bottles of water was added every day (free of charge), as well as coffee and snacks. To summarize, great experience, would recommend.

Very close to Termini station. We stayed one night, it was ok and had everything we needed. Manager was helpful. The room was clean, air conditioning working, no bad smells in the shower. We received sweet snack in the morning, enjoyed it with a free coffee at hotel. There were some free items in the fridge too.

Great location, a few minutes from the subway station and the Termini train terminal (very handy for an early flight), within walking distance from a lot of major sites. The rooms were clean, some pastries were provided every morning for breakfast, the staff was nice.

Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by your staff. In particular, I would like to commend Diana for her exemplary care and attention. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Diana's professionalism and genuine kindness truly enhanced our overall experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the entire staff exhibited a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and the welcoming atmosphere contributed to making my stay truly enjoyable. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone , and especially to Diana, for making my time at the hotel memorable and delightful. Very friendly staff, called me immediately, once they realized I’ve left some coins (Tipp for room service) after checking out. Surprised me with pastries at your door in the morning. Location is excellent, very close to Termini and one you walk from there through the entire city.
